Louis Lowendal 4/4 violin, late 1800's Strad copy. This instrument has a lot of warm dark low end. We strung it with steel strings for fiddling, but this instrument works as well as a violin. It has unique hand painted initials on the back. Inside the bass side f-hole, above the label there are some hand written repair dates both from Phoenix Arizona in the early 1900's. The label itself reads "Manufactured in Berlin Special Copy of Antonius Stradivarius" with the Lowendal wreath logo to the right.
