Evan Flynn
Violin Instructor
Violinist Evan Flynn is an established collaborative artist, chamber musician, and educator. She is the prizewinner of multiple MTNA chamber music competitions and has performed extensively throughout the Midwest and Germany, notably with the Illinois Symphony, Kansas City Jazz Orchestra, and the Eutiner Festspiele Orchester. Ms. Flynn has received training from renowned artists including the Pacifica Quartet, Miami Quartet, Parker Quartet, Arianna Quartet, Jupiter Quartet, Fry Street Quartet, and Sunho Kim, among others. She has participated in festivals as a performer including Midwest Young Artists, Madeline Island Chamber Music, and UW-Madison Summer Music. Ms. Flynn holds Master of Music degrees in Music Theory and Performance from the University of Kansas. Her academic interests include synesthesia-based audio and visual arts and post-tonal theory.
